Our approach to dining grows from a simple belief: the best ingredient asks for the least intervention. Olive oil, sea salt and seasonal herbs are the quiet backbone of every plate.

Our bond with nearby producers ties our menus to the rhythm of the season, so every visit becomes an experience unique to that week's harvest.
